A Menu Beyond Expectations
Chef Wimon, a master of 18 years experience in Thailand, India, and Nepal, brought the heart of Thai into the offerings. Her zeal would thus be reflected through a carefully deliberated à la carte menu that extended far beyond the usual staples: Pad Thai, Green Curry, and the like. Each dish reflected her mastery, replete with bold flavours, tender textures, and authentic ingredients that transport guests straight into Thailand. The menu included relatively obscure delicacies and elegant twists on Thai classics. Delectable dishes were tinged with aromatic spices, fresh seafood, and perfectly cooked meat. Every plate was carrying the essence of the culinary soul of Thailand, so it was indeed a feast for all senses.
A Warm, Family-Friendly Atmosphere
The hotel was filled with colourful interiors that infused a flavour to the venue with a rainforest motif and traditional Asian art. It was lit in a warm, bright ambiance with high attention to service, making the atmosphere luxurious yet inviting enough to celebrate the festival. So, to feel special, families were allowed special menus and lively activities, ensuring the youngest among the diners enjoyed the festival too.
A Whimsical Feast to Remember
The traditions of festival of lights married impeccable hospitality as the venue celebrated the ultimate Thai cultural and culinary experience. The festival, by Ms. Jaiswal’s gracious commencement, was a memory for its guests to cherish, as it was as soulful as it was delectable.
It was more than a meal for this Loy Krathong celebration; it took one to the heart of Thailand through the artistry presented by Chef Wimon and the unforgettable warmth of Four Seasons.
