So, let us just dive into the menu that we had: Khandavi Cumin Goat Curd, Beet Pickle, and Crispy Patra:  It was a very interesting combination of food and had a perfect Gujrati accent to the food. And taste is something that will last for a very long time. Ghee Lamb Rajasthani Millet Khichdi, Puffs We could come up with only one word for it! DELICIOUS. Tofu Medu Vadai, Summer asparagus, Lime Gunpowder Done to perfection! Smoked Arbi, Capers, and Coconut Mustard Creative combination and definitely decadent! Smoked Duck Shami, Crispy Sevai, and Barberry Chutney Never had something so delicious in just one morsel! Morel Musallum, Green Chilli Cream, and Fresh Truffles There are no words to describe this perfect dish! I just had a brilliant time devouring it!
