Mango Sushi:

Doesn’t it sound unusual but to everyone’s surprise, it was mind-blowing with a fantastic taste fusion ! Sticky sushi rice seasoned with rice wine vinegar is usually used,  like a regular sushi. But the hero of the dish was the mango! A ripe mango is thinly sliced into long strips for the filling.. There is no added flavour in the dish and that’s why you taste everything fresh.

Crispy Risotto Porcini Bites:

Have your taste buds ready for this one-of-a-kind dish! Risotto bites were done to perfection; they were crispy and cheesy. These fried risotto balls took classic comfort food to a whole new level. These addictive bites were hard to resist, so it is best to order more (or keep them all to yourself). Nibble pockets of creamy boletus risotto, fried to a crisp. And the way it is brought to your table is just like a fairytale.

Andhra Chilli Chicken Tacos:

This was a very spicy concoction with a touch of Andhra flavours, placed on small tacos at the bottom. The chicken is marinated in a fiery Andhra-style masala with chilli, ginger, garlic and other spices. This ensures that the chicken is tender, tasty and rich. Toppings include classic taco options like salsa, cilantro, onions and lime wedges. You can also find Indian influences like shredded fresh coconut and chutney to add flavour. If you are looking for a contemporary Indianized flavour, then this is the one.

Al-Fungo Pizza:

Who doesn’t love pizza? Well, this one had 4 different types of mushrooms and they were caramelised to perfection. This pizza melts away in the mouth and focuses on the natural flavour of mushrooms. It is usually made with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, but the stars of the show were the mushrooms. This pizza focuses on the natural flavour of mushrooms. It is usually made with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, but the star of the show is the mushrooms. Al- Fungo pizza is absolutely perfect for mushroom lovers. The simplicity allows the fresh flavours to shine, making it a crowd-pleaser.

Spinach Pot Sticker Dumpling:

This one can also get on your must-try list! It definitely had structure to it but you will be much more amazed by other things on the menu. Spinach Pot Sticker Dumpling combines Thai flavours and ingredients, including spinach with some seasoning packed into it, and all the ingredients that add a unique aroma. A sweet chilli sauce was offered to complement the flavours.

Tomato Halwa:

Sounds bizzare? Well, it does for anyone, but the revelation to the taste buds was fabulous! Don’t let the tomato fool you! Tomato Halwa was a sweet dish made with fresh, ripe tomatoes, sugar and ghee (clarified butter) to add richness. Tomato halwa was cooked until it reached a thick, curd-like consistency. It can be enjoyed hot or at room temperature. The key to this dish is finding a balance between the natural sweetness of the tomatoes and the added sugar. It felt like eating ‘Gaajar ka Halwa’ with that fabulous ‘rabri’ with it! The idea of making this dish was ingenious and absolutely worth the applause. The dessert is very much surprising and yes, this little one on the menu is a must-try!

Charcoal Murg Tikka:

It was a burst of flavours in the mouth and definitely a must-have if you need to eat something familiar yet distinguished. The chicken was marinated and was perfectly charred on the coal. The combustion of earthy flavour coming from coal and the balancing marination cream were absolutely phenomenal. The barbecued chicken endured the tenderness, richness and mouth watering taste.

Drinks List:

The food at Bunny Bar was absolutely fabulous and so were the beverages! The drinks were absolutely delicious, presentable, and uniquely presented. A few of them were tried, and here are the ones that we swear for as a must-try!

Cuban Daiquiri:

It was a refreshingly simple cocktail. It combined the perfect balance of white rum, fresh lime juice and sugar (or simple syrup) for a sweet, sour and wet taste. Shaken over ice and served in a chilled coupe glass, this classic drink is a must-try for any cocktail lover.

Chilly Oil Picante:

The term is Spanish for “spicy” and is often used to describe hot sauces, salsas and other spicy condiments. This refers to oil that has been infused with chilies, creating a spicy and flavorful oil for cooking or writing.

Gin Basil Smash:

The star of this cocktail is gin. Gin botanicals like juniper berries play nicely with the basil to create a complex yet balanced flavour profile. Fresh basil leaves are muddled, releasing their essential oils and adding a distinctly peppery and slightly sweet flavour. Fresh lemon juice adds a tart and refreshing element, balancing the sweetness of the simple syrup and the herbs of the basil.

Snow Cookie Colada:

The “colada” part suggests it’s inspired by the classic Piña Colada, a tropical rum drink that contains rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream and sometimes lime juice. Just like with the Piña Colada, coconut milk or coconut cream would probably be the main ingredient in creating the creamy base.

Sijau Bacon Sour:

“Sour” usually refers to a family of cocktails built around citrus juice, sweetener (simple syrup) and spirits. In this case, the alcohol will probably be a liquor that complements the other elements. The addition of “bacon” suggests a smoky or salty element not typical of a sour cocktail.

Unesspresso Martini:

The base drink (vodka) can be combined with fruit juices, syrups or liqueurs for a completely different flavour profile. Think berries, citrus or tropical fruits for a refreshing and invigorating drink. Perhaps the Unespresso Martini dives into the world of herbs and spices. Consider blended mint, rosemary or even lavender for an intriguing and complex twist.

Hippie Shake:

If you see a “Hippie Shake” on the menu, chances are it’s a playful, fruity drink. Imagine a mix of tropical fruits, rum or vodka, and maybe some citrus juice, all shaken with ice and served in a colourful glass.

Calling all bunny lovers! This 4-story wonderland was a perfect place for a fun outing with friends or a romantic date. The real star here is the incredible outdoor terrace with great views and a nice atmosphere. But the magic doesn’t stop there!
