Burash: A Culinary Escape To The Mediterranean

The casual dining restaurant Burash was born from the combination of expert technology and the abundance of nature. Chef Rishab Gupta founded Burash, a restaurant where culinary philosophy is based on careful foraging and a menu that takes seasonality, ingredients, and nutrition into account. Burash offers an impeccable menu of salads, pastas, pizza and other Mediterranean and Italian dishes. The restaurant caters to people of all dietary needs, including vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free and non-vegetarians.

Delicious Mocktails:

A tropical Cordial drink with seasonal orange juice. It was very much refreshing and yes, a perfect combination for the entire course of meal we had. And having Burash embedded on the ornage peel was just the enough aesthetic needed.

A crispy treat in your mouth consisting of parmesan crackers, basil fig tapenade, pickled onions, and Mascarpone cheese. Just a perfect bite that takes you on a roller coaster ride for taste.

Lotus Stem and Koobideh:

A unique dish is a yam and lotus stem patty mix, the additional kick of taste comes from the fennel rose crackers and the spread of beetroot sauce. The plating of the dish is just mesmerising and it is definitely click-worthy!

Ossa Buco

Osso Buco is a hearty Italian dish with braised lamb shanks. The slow-cooked meat becomes melt-in-your-mouth, and the most prized element is the delicious core running through the centre of the bone. It is traditionally made with red wine, accompanied by a mash, seasonal beans and stock for a rich and satisfying meal.

Picklish Pizza

Who doesn’t love a pizza? A perfect pizza was gulped down, made with sundried tomatoes, olives, jalapenos, mascarpone cheese and pesto sauce. Every bite felt perfect!

Turkish Tavuk:

Corn fed chicken breast, accompanied by spiced rice, roasted salsa and pickled veggies, was served with perfection. The tasty, fragrant dish ravishes your mouth to perfection.

The visit to Burash has left an unforgettable memory in our hearts and tastebuds. Wonderful presentation, balanced taste in a very radiant ambience. I am waiting for another day to come by where I can have more from the menu and save this again in my tasting memory. Every ingredient spoke of perfection and again, take a ride to this food haven and order up everything you need for perfect Mediterranean flavours.
