The food was nothing less than eccentric and traditional. And let us get on with the journey without any further delay. The entire meal was about the art of making and presenting dim sum.
Beijing Chicken Wonton Soup:
The delectable soup was authentic to its origin and delicious. The presentation was incredible and it felt quite serene.
Dim Sum Platter:
The assorted dim sums were everything that a perfect dumpling should taste like. Carefully crafted with hands, filled in with delicious filling of chicken and prawns and colourful!
Xiao Long Bao:
Another authentic dish was Xiao Long Bao and ‘Excellent’ is the word that can describe it completely. A steamed bao was served, filled with soupy chicken, garlic chive, and ginger. It sounds perfect and tastes good too!
Non-Vegetarian Main Course:
The main course served was also very original and absolutely delectable. There was wok-tossed chicken and Shanghai Hunan egg-fried rice.
Custard Bun Vanilla Ice Cream:
The dessert was exceptional and very unique. Even though the presentation was kept simple, the originality of the dish was nothing less than perfect.
Whisky With Kaffir Cocktail:
To make our dinner even better, whisky with kaffir was our drink for the night. It was made wonderfully, looked wonderful, and tasted wonderful too.
