The Indian cricket opener Hardik Pandya has not been included in the first batch of Indian cricketers. A rumour making rounds on social media is a possibility that Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stanković are going to get divorced.
On Sunday, Indian cricket captain Rohit Sharma and other members of his squad arrived in New York for the T20 World Cup. However, Virat Kohli and vice-captain Hardik Pandya were absent from the initial group. With him also came head coach Rahul Dravid and all other supporting staff. This has led to a lot of speculation since one among the Indian players who was missing was Hardik Pandya. It is rumoured that he could be divorcing his wife Natasa Stankovic though they have never come out to comment about it. In fact, Natasa Stankovic and Hardik Pandya have been trending on social media sites for quite some time now.
For over 72 hours now there have been rumours circulating over the internet that Indian Cricketer Hardik Pandya might be separating with his wife Natasha stankovich.. This suspicion grew when she took off ‘pandya’ from her Instagram username and a Reddit post called “Natasa & Hardik separated?” which seemed like it was everywhere, saying they had reduced their presence on social media as well as she didn’t attend any IPL 2024 game.
But this couple decided not to talk about these rumours anyway; instead , three days after Natalia appeared publicly with a friend, she refused to respond when paparazzi approached her wanting answers, thereby fueling more gossip.
This argument has equally attracted discussions about how their wealth would be divided in case of separation where others claim she will take away 70% of India’s total networth upon divorce; however there’s video footage showing pandya stating my property under my mother’s name.
In an interview with Gaurav Kapoor on ‘Breakfast With Champions’ in 2017, Pandya discusses giving half of what he owns to his mother and talks about how money cannot separate your family units. The couple did not confirm or deny these allegations hence creating doubt about their break-up.
Hardik and Natasa got married twice. Although they had a private ceremony during the Covid-19 induced lockdown in 2020, they renewed their vows in a lavish wedding two years later. As part of this celebration, there was a wedding video that was released by Hardik and Natasa where it narrated their story of love. This is also where Hardik mentioned that he learned patience from her as well as other things.
“I became more solution-oriented because she started giving me warmth when I needed solutions. That education in my romantic life changed my whole idea of achieving something new every day. “You know when you meet someone for the first time and I went to shake hands with him but he hugged me instead. There was no name, nothing, he was very friendly, that’s how we met each other,” Natasa said.
Hardik Pandya gave his side of the story: “I just sat on the table once and spoke only to Natasa. She was obviously very good looking, pehle udhar hi bhai fisal gaya tha (that is where I fell in love with her).”
There were rumours about their separation online after people noticed that she removed ‘Pandya’ from her Instagram bio.

In a circulating video on social media, this reporter asked Natasa Stankovic about the whispers surrounding her marriage saying; “Thank you very much.” With those words she walked away.
