A curated menu from globally acclaimed restaurants bring alive exquisite epicurean delights, with curated signature preparations to suit discerning palates. These authentic recipes are crafted with utmost hygiene and care, to ensure wellbeing and a safe dining experience.

Given the current ‘New Normal’, a lot of thought has been put into the packaging – factoring in different contributors such as kind of cuisine, temperature, distance travelled, mode of transport, consumption techniques, etc. While every order will have a WeAssure seal validating the guest is the first to come in direct contact with it after preparation, the food is packed in plant starched clamshell boxes – finally parcelled in a biodegradable bag with an aqueous coating. Their signature Biryanis are being cooked and packed in a Handi, keeping intact the authentic taste from their Indian Kitchens. In order to preserve the taste and texture of each signature dish, each delivery comes with a heating manual with simple recommendations to best enjoy the type of cuisine ordered.

This menu brings to you Gourmet favourites like the Dal Bukhara, Dum Ke Bhooley, Gilawat Ke Kebab and the delicious Sikandri Raan among others, prepared by Indian Masterchefs of ITC Hotels. Signature desserts like the Gulab Jamun and Phirnee make their way in the menu for the ones with a sweet tooth. For the Edo lovers in the city, they bring you specialties from the kitchen – assortment of signature sushi such as Kampyo & Inari Futomaki (Thick Sushi, stuffed with Japanese pickled vegetables and sweetened tofu sheets) & Unagi Uramaki (Crab stick and cucumber stuffing topped with grilled eel); signature mains such as Yasai Itame (Garlic and soy flavoured grilled vegetables and mix mushrooms, paired best with stir fried udon noodles) and Tori Teriyaki (Grilled diced chicken with teriyaki sauce and soya garlic vegetables,  paired best with Japanese sticky rice); and Nihon No Cheesecake (Traditional Japanese style fluffy baked cheesecake) or the Green Tea Ra Misu (Edo chef’s creation of Matcha masacarpone with green tea short bread) to add that perfect ending note to the meal.
