Alia reveals her work-out regime

Alia Bhatt had a Q&A session on Instagram where she shared details about her workout routine. She works out six days a week, combining strength training, yoga/pilates, and cardio. She also revealed her favorite foods, which include Poha & chaas, French fries, Dal Chawal, Bhindi, tamatar ki Sabzi, tadka dahi, and Spaghetti. Alia advised her younger self to listen more and speak less. She mentioned her favorite holiday spot as Masai Mara.
