Deepak Tijori has filed a complaint against producer Vikram Khakhar at Amboli Police Station, alleging he was defrauded of Rs. 17.50 lakhs for his film ‘Tipppsy.’ Tijori claims Khakhar provided excuses for delays and failed to refund the money after promising to do so.
