Here’s a Pan-Asian for Korean and Japanese cuisine that will surprise you. Pan-Asian cuisine is gaining popularity, what with so many Pan-Asian restaurants springing up in Bangalore.
Taiki specialises in Japanese and Korean cuisine. They try to keep it simple concentrating on what the main ingredient is, making it the hero. The starters are overwhelmingly good. Try kkanpunggi, Nigiri set, Thai style grilled vegetables with peanut sauce, Uramaki Tempura roll, Yum Woonsen chicken, Sichuan Chilli fish, Exotic mushroom Gyoza followed by Chicken Ramen and Bibimbap Fried tofu.
The salmon and tuna in the sushi were very fresh. One of the best Nigiri sushi we have had in a while. It was fresh and the quality of rice itself was superlative. Another favourite was the Chicken ramen, the flavour of which was out of this world. It’s the perfect bowl of ramen on a rainy day.
For drinks, berry flavour cold Matcha and hot Matcha were authentic just as they should be. Founders Apeksha Kamanth and Krish Nayak who have curated the place are very passionate about everything that goes around here.
