Filmmaker Aryeman Ramsay is planning to make a sequel to the 2004 film ‘Khakee’ to commemorate its 20th anniversary in 2024. The script is currently being developed and will have a fresh storyline set in the present time while continuing from the original film. Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will not be part of the sequel due to their characters’ fates in the first film, but Ramsay hopes to have Amitabh Bachchan and Tusshar Kapoor on board.
