The design draws heavily from traditional kampong houses that are constructed to suit the tropical Malaysian climate with floor-to-ceiling windows, slanted carved wooden panels, louvres and vents under the roof, and wide-open doors that allow natural airflow to cool the interior.
Anantara Hotels & Resorts is committed to the safety of its guests who can now stay and experience the property knowing every safety measure has been taken into consideration. Every Anantara property will have a dedicated ‘Guest Guardian’, responsible for internal audits based on a series of rigid brand guidelines. Enhanced hygiene measures such as the use of electrostatic spray technology are implemented at every property to ensure guests’ health and safety throughout their stay. Building on Anantara’s existing holistic 360 approach, the guidelines will extend beyond guest areas into all back of house operations from supply chain deliveries to culinary preparation areas and housekeeping procedures.
