Arts and Handicrafts at Garuda Mall
There was an Arts and Handicraft exhibition at The Garuda Mall, Magrath Road on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd of September, and it included innumerable artists that presented their work. It was a delight for our eyes. Every artist had tried to introduce very unique ideas to the market.
The most unique stall for me was — The Gift Cottage, by P. Aanchal Mehta. She’s a curator as well as a designer. She comes up with different gifting concepts, and also sometimes outsources her ideas to bring them to life. Her dad was so thrilled about his daughter’s achievements as she makes him immensely proud. We wish her all the best for her future endeavors!
Some artist’s works can’t be described by words. Don’t believe me? Take a look at them yourself.
Reverse glass painting technique

Intricate pencil art
Our inspiration for the day was Mr. Ganapathi S Hegde, an artist, a member of Karnataka Lalitakala Academy, and a Research and Development employee at BEML. He takes art classes for engineers at BEML. He wants to relieve their stress and give them scope for creativity. We hope this blog was inspiring! Stay tuned for more!
