Emmy-winning actor Andre Braugher, known for his roles in “Homicide: Life on The Street” and “Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” died at 61. Braugher’s publicist, Jennifer Allen, confirmed his death. He had a breakthrough role in 1989’s “Glory” and struggled to find work in a Hollywood with limited roles for African American actors.
