Artisanal coffee brand Maverick & Farmer is joining forces with Amiel Gourmet to serve up a line of coffees along with a lavish French breakfast spread at the Padukone-Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence (CSE) on Saturday 14th October. Priced at INR 1500 all-inclusive the breakfast will be available from 8.30 a.m. onwards.
Expect sips like the Rohan Bopanna Masterblend Espresso, a single-estate Arabica and the intricate notes of the Modur Estate pour-over. The Maverick Mazagran presents a refreshing twist to the coffee and the Iced Latte is skillfully blended with Chef Amiel’s signature syrup.
Amiel Gourmet’s kitchen has crafted a menu of morning favourites like the classic Eggs Benedict or Florentine, Omelette Au Fromage and more. Dive into a delightful bowl of Egg Yolk Gnocchi adorned with carbonara foam, shaved parmesan, and crispy fried bacon. A lavish spread on display, all transported fresh from the kitchen, includes an assortment of freshly baked bread and savoury croissants with a medley of fillings like avocado and cream cheese, ham and cheese, smoked salmon, mini doughnuts, tea cakes, and more. To top off the meal, Maverick & Farmer’s Coffee desserts, include melt-in-the-mouth Eclairs, Opera, Tiramisu, and Chocolate Bonbon.
