Physical activity and exercise have long term and immediate benefits, but most importantly regular physical activity helps in improving the quality of your life. A minimum of 30 minutes per day brings in a lot changes both mentally and physically. Having a regular physical activity helps in reducing the risk of heart attack, helps in managing weight which in turn helps to take care of other issues related to weight gain. Physical activity helps in regulating BP and some dreadful cancers; it also makes bones and muscles stronger.

A healthy state of mind is most important in today’s world. A number of studies show that exercise helps in depression.
