Indian filmmaker Soham Shah has filed a lawsuit against Netflix and ‘Squid Game’ creator Hwang Dong-hyuk, alleging that the series plagiarised his 2009 Bollywood film ‘Luck’. Shah claims both works feature deadly games with increasing prize money. Fans defend ‘Squid Game’, stating its concept isn’t unique.
