The Kalaignar 100 event was held in Chennai on January 6, 2024, to commemorate the late CM Karunanidhi’s contribution to the film industry. The event was hosted by the Tamil Film Producers Association and attended by film fraternities, including Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Nayanthara, Roja, Keerthy Suresh, Suriya, Dhanush, and Karthi.
