Chef Katherine Chung, in collaboration with the culinary experts at Sheraton Grand Hotel Bengaluru, has meticulously crafted a decadent pop-up menu from June 30th to July 2nd. This exclusive menu showcases a fusion of traditional and royal dishes, combining rarely-seen Hakka Chinese delicacies from Hakka homes with exquisite Imperial Chinese Cuisine from the grand royal courts of the Ming and Qing dynasties dating back to the 14th century.
Among the culinary delights, patrons can savour the renowned Pearl Meatballs, a favourite of Empress Dowager during Qing dynasty, Toothpick Lamb, Typhoon Shelter Prawns, Fish Ball Soup, Hakka Salt Baked Chicken, Salted Egg Yolk Fried Chicken. The specially curated menu also features signature dishes for vegetarians such as Hakka Yam Abacus Beads, and Steamed Glass Noodles with King Oyster Mushroom, and much more.
