IWP The Iconic Women Podcast Stories of Dreams Perseverance and Triumph

Throughout history, women have broken glass barriers, defied expectations, and created tapestries of brilliance in every industry imaginable. Their stories kindle a constellation of inspiration, demonstrating the limitless potential that everyone of us possesses. Introducing the Iconic Women Podcast[IWP], a new platform/podcast for women founded by Kadambari Misra (Co-Founder, Eternative Design), Bala Kumaran (Founder, BrandStory Digital), and Nidhi Agarwal  (Founder, Ebony & Ivory PR) that tells the incredible stories of inspiring women from all backgrounds, highlighting their endurance, determination, courage, and accomplishments. Each episode of IWP contains sincere conversations, learnings, and grit, culminating in a creative tribute to great women in which the host, Kadambari Misra, fashions the guest as a woman who has been her strength.

IWP was founded when Kadambari Misra, Bala Kumaran, and Nidhi Agarwal got together with a common desire to build a forum dedicated to the tales of women past and present.

IWP The Iconic Women Podcast Stories of Dreams Perseverance and Triumph

The first season, which is now streaming weekly, brings together eight amazing women from all areas of life to share the stories of real-world heroes such as Nisha Millet, Susan Thomas, Sahar Mansoor, Shwetambari Shetty, Amrita Samant, Sonu Venugopal, Alicia Souza, and Sonali Swami. The episodes address topics such as mental health, fitness in one’s forties, and the value of resilience and persistence in the face of hardship, among others.

IWP’s origins may be traced back to Kadamabari’s visit to Mexico, where she was inspired by Frida Kahlo’s art, which depicted her personal struggles. Kadambari was profoundly moved by a woman’s journey towards self-realization. A simple Instagram post turned into a passion project. Over the years, she has researched countless amazing women from diverse walks of life, highlighted their accomplishments, and seamlessly brought their personalities to life by transforming herself into each of them.

According to IWP founder Nidhi Agawal, Kadambari expressed on her journey from project to podcast, adding that real women suffer actual challenges. The project sought to empower contemporary women, including myself. The IWP aspires to inspire future generations of women by highlighting current great women. Bala Kumaran, the IWP co-founder, said, “Brandstory Productions is dedicated to amplifying the remarkable stories of iconic women, sparked by my personal journey alongside strong and inspiring women.” We want to help women overcome barriers and thrive in all parts of their lives.

Nidhi Agarwal emphasized the transforming potential of real storytelling through podcasts. In barely three weeks after launch, we have gotten overwhelming support. We believe in the power of true relationships and are pleased to establish a safe platform for honest conversations that inspire women and communities.
IWP Season 1 premiered with Nisha Millet, an Olympic swimmer, on December 16th, followed by episodes featuring Ms Susan Thomas, an IRS Office and ex-NIFT Director, Alicia Souza, an illustrator, and Shwetambari Setty, a fitness entrepreneur, on IWP’s YouTube channel, Spotify, Apple Podcast, and Google Podcast.
