Malaysian singer-actress Queenzy Cheng tragically passed away while filming for Squad Sekawan. Chai Zi, a fellow singer-actor and co-founder of the channel, recounted the events leading to the sudden loss. Queenzy experienced dizziness, headache, and nausea, leading to her collapse. Despite attempts to resuscitate her, she could not be saved.
