Masters of Marriott Bonvoy presents ‘Asian Invasion’, an exclusive dinner, scheduled to be hosted by JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity. Celebrating a culinary union, three of Asia’s finest restaurants, Le Du Bangkok (#1), Potong Bangkok (#35), and Masque Mumbai (#16) have congregated their top-ranked chefs to bring forth an exclusive fine dining experience in Delhi. Renowned for its impeccable culinary experience and bespoke services, the award-winning restaurant K3 at JW Marriott Aerocity, will host an elaborate 10-course dinner. The exclusive event will host 45 guests each in two sessions from 7 PM to 9:15 PM and 9:45 PM to 12 AM.
Recognized professionals in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants List shall be the orchestrators of the curated dining experience. Chef Ton from Le Du Bangkok (#1), Varun Totlani from Masque Mumbai (#16), Chef Pam from Potong (#35) shall be the chefs behind the palatable affair. Blending an appetizing mix of cultures, cuisines, and aromatics of Asia, the leading master chefs have crafted a farm-to-fork menu featuring sumptuous Hamachi with Shaoxing Wine, Banana Prawn with Beetroot Sorbet, Duck Pepper fried Sausage with Kerela Parotta, Pork Belly Sate, Mango Sticky Rice, and more.
Further enhancing their experience, guests will also have the chance to interact with the chefs and gain insight into the inspiration and techniques they used to bring Asian Invasion to their plates. The event will be a one-of-its-kind, cross-cultural event where migrated flavors that have descended from all over the world shall interact to tell a story over 10 meals. JW Marriott Aerocity New Delhi, The St Regis Mumbai & The Ritz Carlton Bengaluru collectively shall play host to the signature dishes from each restaurant, tweaked to blur cultural boundaries.
