While on Ranbir and Alia, this is the first time that the International Olympic Committee session took place in Mumbai and it happened in India after 40 years. The 141st IOC session held at NMACC was inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi who arrived in Mumbai. He was welcomed by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and DCM Devendra Fadnavis.
