Seo Ye Ji has been cleared of liability in a lawsuit filed by a brand against her and her agency. The brand had accused her of breaching their contract due to relationship and school violence allegations, demanding compensation of over $983,000. However, the Seoul Central District Court ruled in favor of Seo Ye Ji, stating that she is not liable for penalties and damages. Her agency will refund 50% of the model fee to the brand, amounting to approximately $173,840.
