The evening kicked off with a welcome reception, where we were treated to an array of tantalizing appetizers and refreshing cocktails. The pouring partner, Jim Beam, gave us some great combinations of cocktails. From delicate canapés to exotic mocktails, every bite and sip was a delight for the senses, setting the stage for the culinary extravaganza that awaited us.

As we mingled with fellow food enthusiasts, we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Aslam Gafoor, the charismatic host of the event. With his infectious energy and passion for food, Mr. Gafoor ensured that every guest felt welcomed and looked after throughout the afternoon.

An Afternoon of Exploration With Swiggy Dineout
After indulging in a feast fit for royalty during the three-course sit-down lunch of vegetarian and non-vegetarian combinations, we were excited to see what else the culinary festival had in store for us. Little did we know that the afternoon would be filled with hands-on learning and delicious discoveries.
The Dimsum Workshop
When we entered the open kitchen, there was a tantalizing aroma of spices and the sound of sizzling pans. Our instructor for the workshop, a skilled chef at Mikusu Restaurant, which is inside Conrad, welcomed us with a warm smile and a passion for sharing his knowledge.
As we gathered around the kitchen counter, the chef began to demonstrate the art of making avocado and chicken dim sums. With precision and expertise, he guided us through each step of the process, from preparing the dough to filling it with a mouthwatering mixture of tender chicken and creamy avocado. We were all given aprons and toques for the workshop.
Hands-On Experience
After the demonstration, it was our turn to try our hand at making dimsum. Armed with rolling pins and filling spoons, we eagerly dove into the task, relishing the opportunity to put our newfound skills to the test. Under the watchful eye of the chef, we folded and pinched the dough, creating delicate parcels of flavor bursting with aromatic spices and succulent chicken.
