ONGC Foundation’s Campaign to Protect the Covid Vaccine. Covid vaccination is taking place in the country. The government is collaborating with social organizations to get the vaccine to the population. The vaccine is administered by the citizens based on their age. The foundation is in partnership with the government and is active in vaccination. ONGC has provided many defrizzers and refrigerators for many states across the country. A fixed number of vaccines are stored at a certain temperature using these defrizzers and the foundation has collaborated with states like Nagaland, Tripura, Gujarat and Uttarakhand. This is unique in that it is only prepared for Covid Vaccination.
Continuing its fight against COVID, ONGC has been an active part of the nation-wide vaccination drive promoting the vaccination efforts through regular social media posts. ONGC is also organizing vaccination camps at various work locations across the country for employees and secondary workforce. To ensure that vaccination reaches the people of the country. Throughout the Pandemic, ONGC has constantly supported their employees and their families by complete medical support and provided pandemic related. Despite challenges posed due to the second wave of COVID, ONGC is able to maintain its production levels with minimal effect on operations. It has also tremendously increased its procurement from the GeM portal to encourage ‘Make in India’ during this crisis period.

This defrizzer is outfitted with cutting-edge technology. The vaccine can be easily contained and protected. These defrizzers are custom-made to meet the government’s specifications.
