Ketel One Martini by Diageo Brand Ambassador, Meghana Balaji

Ingredients

45ml Ketel One Vodka

10ml Dry Vermouth

A Citrus Peel to garnish

Ice

Method:

Shake 45ml Ketel One Vodka & dry vermouth in cocktail shaker (or mason jar) with ice. Ice serves to cool down the spirit, releasing the beautiful notes and to dilute the drink ever so slightly. Strain and serve into a chilled martini glass. Twist the lemon peel over your martini glass to release its oils. Rub the garnish over the rim for added chutzpah. Plop the garnish and enjoy the martini.

Tip: If the martini is too dry for you, sweeten it with an additional 5ml of vermouth.
