Yash and Nayanthara are teaming up for the first time in the ambitious film Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-ups. Also featuring Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, and Shruti Haasan, the movie is set against the backdrop of the drug mafia in a meticulously crafted world between the 1950s and 1970s. Directed by Geetu Mohandas, the film is being shot on a detailed set on the outskirts of Bangalore. Originally set to feature Kareena Kapoor Khan, the film now stars Nayanthara, with Shruti Haasan replacing Sai Pallavi as Yash’s love interest.
