The new Turkish menu, painstakingly created by the renowned Chef Serdal Cicek, whose 25-year global culinary journey brings unparalleled authenticity, is the centrepiece of Opa!’s culinary excellence.  Highlights include the 1 Metre Veg/Lamb Adana Kebab, Shorba Ades, Laham Mishawi, Kozu Lokum Steak, and Hatay Kunefe. Complementing these traditional dishes is an innovative cocktail menu crafted by renowned mixologist Karl Fernandes, promising a refreshing and delightful experience inspired by Mediterranean flavours.

The Delicious Food

The curator of the delicious food is Chef Serdal Cicek, hailing from Istanbul, Turkey. He brings 25 years of global culinary experience from Israel, Dubai, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Jordan, Greece, and more. His last stint was with Tike Restaurants, a prominent chain in the Middle East. Chef Serdal has also collaborated with renowned chefs like Salt Bae Chef Nusret Gokce and CZN Burak. Chef Suneet Bhardwaj, with 13 years of professional experience, has worked in the USA for 7 years and with renowned brands like ITC, Radisson, Sahara Star, and Carnival Cruise Line. His Mediterranean work is inspired by Chef Jihad Al Chami, a renowned Lebanese chef.

Opa!’s signature dishes offer a delightful culinary journey through Mediterranean flavours, crafted by the esteemed Chef Serdal Cicek and Sous Chef Suneet Bhardwaj. The Truffle Oil Hummus features a creamy chickpea puree blended with tahina, garlic, truffle oil, and shiitake mushrooms, creating a rich and earthy dip. The Chicken Pita Slider presents paprika-marinated deep-fried chicken served in warm pita bread, offering a perfect bite-sized delight.

The Adana Kebab, made from minced lamb, red bell pepper, and spices, brings a burst of authentic Turkish flavours. The Kuzu Lokum Steak is a succulent lamb steak seasoned with black pepper, butter, and oregano, served sizzling hot. The Beyti Kebab showcases minced lamb skewers wrapped in pita bread, accompanied by skander sauce and labneh for a flavourful experience. Lastly, the Butun Pomfret Izgara features grilled pomfret fillet served with herb rice and sautéed vegetables, rounding off the menu with a fresh and wholesome option.
