The extraordinary experience at Bombay Brasserie was definitely one of a kind and that experience was given by the Head Chef at  Bombay Brasserie. As per the Head Chef, “Bombay brasserie is serving the delectable food since 9 years as a signature Indian Restaurant. It serves classic Indian Food with a contemporary touch to it. What we are trying to achieve is the flavour which is purely Indian. We play with plating and textures.

A Memorable Tasting Experience

The evening kicked off with an innovative amuse-bouche: Mango Sphere with Chilli Caviar paired with creamy White Tomato Soup—a great mix of bold and delicate flavors. The Non-Vegetarian Tasting Platter followed, including Sous Vide Tandoori Lamb Chops, succulent Bhatti Prawns, and perfectly cooked Tandoori Sea Bass in every dish, each revealing a harmonious blend of traditional spices and contemporary cooking techniques.

The Martaban Ka Meat, slow-cooked to perfection, paired beautifully with the hearty Bamboo Chicken Biryani. The Coastal Prawn Curry gave a taste of the ocean in its creamy and aromatic base, whereas the 24K Dal Makhani, this luxurious lentil preparation infused with 24-karat edible gold, added an opulence touch to the table.
