Virgin Voyages ships provided a shuttle service from the port to the edge of Ibiza every 20 minutes when they overnighted in the city. The things you must know about Virgin Voyages’ Ibiza drop point include the following:
Luggage drop-off
Luggage can be dropped at Terminal V starting at 9 AM; however, passengers are expected to return to the terminal at least 15 minutes before their scheduled arrival time.
Access to the terminal
Terminal access is only allowed to passengers, and the procedure takes place at their schedule of arrival.
Documentation
Passengers are required to have their passport and card handy but not to place them in the luggage.
