It’s that time of the year, when the age-old ceremony of cake mixing starts a few days before the main day approaches. So here we are marking the beginning of the Christmas festive season. This month is all about Christmas tree, plum cake, Santa Claus, jingles and more. It’s that time when the winter season is about to set in and the celebrations begin. Cut cashews, fermented wine, raisins, rum or brandy, along with spices like nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom etc are stored in airtight containers to mix and soak up for Christmas. The General Manager of Renaissance Bengaluru, Subhankar Bose hosted a cake mixing brunch in association with Jyotiee Balani. The five-star property is one of the best luxury hotels that has hosted some top of the class events, with a variety of food, from coastal, to continental, North Indian, Tibetan, Chinese and delicious desserts. There was also a fashion preview by Aasif Merchant. He showcased resort wear and beachwear for this holiday season. The lovely afternoon also had some amazing live music.

There was grape stomping followed by a delicious food spread and desserts. There was also live music to add to the celebrations.
