Swiggy Dineout at Conrad Bengaluru:  An Afternoon of Culinary Excellence   Jim Beam Honey – Pouring Partner The Swiggy Dineout Event was a grand culinary festival that we attended on February 7, 2024. Knowing that we were about to embark on a culinary journey unlike any other, there was an air of excitement and anticipation as we entered the grand venue. A Feast for the Senses at Swiggy Dineout The evening kicked off with a welcome reception, where we were treated to an array of tantalizing appetizers and refreshing cocktails. The pouring partner, Jim Beam, gave us some great combinations of cocktails. Jim Beam Honey was the pouring partner for the afternoon, and the drinks made by him retain the signature smoothness of traditional Jim Beam Bourbon while adding a subtle sweetness from the honey infusion. This results in a balanced and enjoyable flavor profile that appeals to a wide range of palates.   Meet the Host for Swiggy Dineout: Mr. Aslam Gafoor As we mingled with fellow food enthusiasts, we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Aslam Gafoor, the charismatic host of the event. With his infectious energy and passion for food, Mr. Gafoor ensured that every guest felt welcomed and looked after throughout the afternoon. Rubbing Shoulders with the Elite One of the highlights of the afternoon was the opportunity to rub shoulders with some of Bengaluru‘s most prominent personalities. From renowned chefs to influential food critics, the event attracted a diverse crowd of individuals who shared a common love for good food and great company.   An Afternoon of Exploration With Swiggy Dineout After indulging in a feast fit for royalty during the three-course sit-down lunch of vegetarian and non-vegetarian combinations, we were excited to see what else the culinary festival had in store for us. Little did we know that the afternoon would be filled with hands-on learning and delicious discoveries. The Dimsum Workshop When we entered the open kitchen, there was a tantalizing aroma of spices and the sound of sizzling pans. Our instructor for the workshop, a skilled chef at Mikusu Restaurant, which is inside Conrad, welcomed us with a warm smile and a passion for sharing his knowledge. As we gathered around the kitchen counter, the chef began to demonstrate the art of making avocado and chicken dim sums. With precision and expertise, he guided us through each step of the process, from preparing the dough to filling it with a mouthwatering mixture of tender chicken and creamy avocado. We were all given aprons and toques for the workshop. Hands-On Experience After the demonstration, it was our turn to try our hand at making dimsum. Armed with rolling pins and filling spoons, we eagerly dove into the task, relishing the opportunity to put our newfound skills to the test. Under the watchful eye of the chef, we folded and pinched the dough, creating delicate parcels of flavor bursting with aromatic spices and succulent chicken.
