Each dish reflected her mastery, replete with bold flavours, tender textures, and authentic ingredients that transport guests straight into Thailand. The menu included relatively obscure delicacies and elegant twists on Thai classics. Delectable dishes were tinged with aromatic spices, fresh seafood, and perfectly cooked meat. Every plate was carrying the essence of the culinary soul of Thailand, so it was indeed a feast for all senses.
