Indian Accent, an innovative Indian restaurant, has travelled a long way in fusing traditional Indian flavours with worldwide ingredients and techniques. Under the able guidance of its famed head chef, Rijul Gulati from Indian Accent Mumbai, it will showcase a culinary extravaganza that promises to offer a lifetime experience. The guests can relish a plethora of Indian Accent signature creations, including Smoked Arbi, Kanyakumari Crab, Murgh Malai, Ghee Lamb, Daulat ki Chaat, Doda Burfi Treacle Tart, and more. The Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel had announced a special culinary pop-up at ZARF, the distinguished Indian speciality restaurant of the hotel. This exclusive event is a much-wanted collaboration with Indian Accent, the world’s pioneering modern Indian restaurant. Ambience: As we all know, ZARF is the perfect place to have a wonderful evening. Everything about it is perfect. It is an amazing place to have food and it is a great gathering to have a special evening with an even more wonderful dinner! And have you seen the cutlery? Food We Had: There is no criticism for the food whatsoever. The Indian Accent menu was just fantastic and absolutely delicious. Every dish was done to perfection and brilliantly presented by Head Chef Rijul Gulati. So, let us just dive into the menu that we had: Khandavi Cumin Goat Curd, Beet Pickle, and Crispy Patra:  It was a very interesting combination of food and had a perfect Gujrati accent to the food. And taste is something that will last for a very long time. Ghee Lamb Rajasthani Millet Khichdi, Puffs We could come up with only one word for it! DELICIOUS. Tofu Medu Vadai, Summer asparagus, Lime Gunpowder Done to perfection! Smoked Arbi, Capers, and Coconut Mustard Creative combination and definitely decadent! Smoked Duck Shami, Crispy Sevai, and Barberry Chutney Never had something so delicious in just one morsel! Morel Musallum, Green Chilli Cream, and Fresh Truffles There are no words to describe this perfect dish! I just had a brilliant time devouring it! Dessert: Chilli Peanut Soft Serve   Indian Accent Kulfi Sorbet    Warm Doda Burfi, Treacle Tart, Daulat Ki Chaat, Rose Petal Chikki, and Crispy Patra To Conclude: Our experience with the Indian accent at ZARF was nothing less than perfection. Hospitality, food presentation, ambience—everything was remarkable. There is no doubt that we will be visiting the place very soon again. We are excited to find out who will be the new fresh face will be at this international model hunt, where participants are coming from different parts of country. Please tell us more about Rio International Fashion Week. Rio International Fashion Week brings together fresh faces from different parts of the country to compete for the coveted crown. Rio Production appoints a Zonal Head and National Head. Each zonal head director takes care of the auditions and grooming of the contestants and organising the show. The models selected for the finale participate in the National finale of Mr and Miss Icon India. On what basis are the participants judged? The title itself says it. The winner should be the icon for the people, someone with a strong personality who inspires and influences the future generations. Will the preliminary activities carry some marks in final scores of the contestants? Yes, preliminary rounds like one-on-one interviews carry a lot of importance in cracking the first round for the participants to reach the finale. How many countries are going to be part of the Rio International Fashion Week? As of now 18 to 25 countries have confirmed the participation and many more will soon be on board. When is the grand finale of Rio International Fashion Week? June 2020. Will the pageant be conducted on the home turf, India or overseas? This being the first edition we want to do it in India, but there are lots of proposals and invitations from overseas sponsors, so the 2021 edition will be held overseas. Who will be on the jury panel of this beauty pageant? Judges from different fields would grace the pageant.
