Women Hygiene and Wellness By Sirona

Integrating Hygiene and Wellness in Women’s Lives Women’s demands in terms of physical, mental, and emotional health are rather diverse when it comes to hygiene and well-being. As a pioneer in feminine hygiene products, Sirona is committed to improving women’s health through innovative solutions and raising awareness. Menstrual hygiene is a critical aspect of women’s health. According to UNICEF, inadequate menstrual hygiene management affects more than 500 million women globally. Urinary tract infections, infections, and reproductive disorders are just a few of the major health problems that can result from poor menstrual hygiene.  At Sirona, we prioritise innovative solutions to address these challenges. Our menstrual cups, with over 20 Lakhs units sold, are acknowledged as a greener and more comfortable alternative to traditional period products. These cups reduce environmental pollution and offer an affordable alternative that, with proper care, can last up to 10 years. Our  pain relief patches assure dependable period management and provide relief from monthly cramps, Our rash-free sanitary pads and period panties offer comfort and protection while addressing frequent issues like sores and leakages. Maintaining good health demands frequent exercise, a well-balanced diet, hygiene and plenty of water intake throughout the day. Sirona’s range of wellness products, including intimate wash, intimate wipes, and disposal bags intended for overall well-being, addresses every element of this issue, giving women the option to receive a whole package under one roof. Recent surveys indicate a positive shift in menstrual hygiene awareness. A 2022 report by the Menstrual Health Alliance India showed a 30% increase in the use of menstrual cups and other sustainable products among urban women. Sirona’s initiatives, such as educational workshops and community outreach programmes, have contributed significantly to this change. “Ensuring women have access to safe and effective menstrual hygiene products is paramount. Our goal at Sirona is to not only provide these products but also to educate and empower women about their health and wellness,” says Anika Wadhera, Head of Marketing  at Sirona Hygiene Ltd. “By breaking taboos and encouraging open conversations, we can promote a healthier and more inclusive society for women.” Women’s hygiene and wellness require an approach that includes access to quality products, education, and support.
