TH@51 SET TO LAUNCH BRAND NEW WEEKEND BRUNCH MENU

From free-flowing Bellinis to fluffy pancake stacks, TH@51 has unveiled a delicious new brunch offering available on April 20th. The unique restaurant in the heart of Victoria offersTH@51- Weekends In London Just Got A Whole Lot Tastier a creative menu for a curious and global palate and will be serving up an exciting new menu that delights all the senses every Saturday and Sunday from 12.30 p.m. to 4 p.m. 

Whether it is brunch with the girls or a date with someone special, there’s nothing quite as indulgent as a long, leisurely brunch in a stunning setting. The new menu draws inspiration from cuisines and flavours around the world with a two-course, three-course and bottomless option; it is set to be the go-to spot on London’s brunch scene. 

The menu features nibbles (perfect for sharing), including juicy butter garlic prawns, a tempting miniature charcuterie platter, and goi con, delectable rice paper wraps filled with a chiffonade of veggies and raw mango. For the main course, there are three options to choose from: Brunch Specials, TH Signatures and Eggs.

 

The brunch specials will regularly change to keep the menu innovative and fresh, launching with an Elementals theme, the dishes are centred around the earth’s biomes: Air, Water, Earth, and Fire. Featuring the super colourful and nourishing Breezy Acai Bowl, delectable Ocean Breeze Shrimp Cocktail topped with Italian lime and avocado, Lava Stone Grilled Cornfed Chicken served up with truffle butter, fondant potato, carrot puree and charred spring onion, and an unmissable Eggplant and Spinach Cannelloni.

TH Signatures include the Welsh Rack of Lamb with Chimichurri and tender veggies and Broccoli and Cottage Cheese Skewers served with pesto. While there are five egg dishes to choose from, featuring the mouth-watering Waff N Rash Butty, a waffle loaded with crispy rashers and fried eggs, drizzled with sweet maple syrup, and brunch classics Eggs Benedict and Shakshuka,.

Dessert lovers can savour the Honey Nut Crunch Tart complimented with Caramel Ice Cream, opt for the Pain Perdu a Traditional French toast with Baileys Creme anglaise, berries, and jam, or try out the Nutella and Banana Split Waffle. With six sweet treats to choose from, there is something for everyone!

Weekends are all about indulgence, so TH@51 will be offering diners a free-flowing drinks option: visitors can choose between bottomless Bellinis or Cobra beer to elevate their brunch experience. There is also a range of signature cocktails, refreshing mocktails and premium Champagne on the menu too!

With an iconic glass conservatory and soft colour palette throughout, the dreamy interiors of TH@51 is the perfect setting to kick off the weekend and tuck into a selection of spectacular dishes. With Summer just around the corner, the weekend brunch can also be enjoyed alfresco in the restaurant’s courtyard too.
